Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary:
To provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them with seating.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist customers with menu enquiries and provide recommendations when required.
• Clear tables, clean dining areas and arrange tables for the next customers.
• Ensure all tables, chairs and service areas are clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Friendly, polite and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous restaurant experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,300.00 - $2,300.00 per month
