What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute brand marketing & consumer growth strategies that align with company goals.
• Define campaign positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
• Campaign | Activity goals set up with focus on growth and targeted metrics
• Preparation of marketing materials for the activity/campaign
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing activities and support sales/product teams with their needs from marketing team
• Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
• Manage online/offline marketing activities which includes : webinars, trainings, seminars, exhibitions, brand activation and outreach activities
• Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts for mutual benefit.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred for some positions.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
• A well-rounded marketing professional with experience across multiple marketing functions, beyond social media and digital marketing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
• Understanding of the marketing/media industry landscape, market trends, and consumer behaviour relevant to the brand's target audience.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
• Experience in consumer or brand marketing.
