About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing technology infrastructure company delivering high-performance data centre and GPU computing solutions across Southeast Asia. They are seeking a
Regional Data Centre Project Manager
to lead the end-to-end coordination and delivery of data centre construction and GPU infrastructure projects across the region. This role sits at the intersection of facilities, IT infrastructure, and multi-stakeholder project delivery — requiring both technical breadth and strong execution discipline. It is an exciting opportunity for a driven project management professional to take ownership of complex, high-value infrastructure programmes in one of the world's fastest-growing digital markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery
across data centre construction, GPU infrastructure deployment, and technical commissioning, ensuring each project is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, risk registers, resource plans, rack layouts, network diagrams, and acceptance records
Coordinate across facility teams, network and server engineers, vendors, contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders to align technical delivery milestones
Track site readiness across all critical facility elements, including power distribution, UPS, cooling systems, structured cabling, fire protection, access control, and environmental monitoring
Manage the full hardware supply chain, covering equipment procurement, manufacturing lead times, international shipping, customs clearance, on-site delivery, installation, and configuration of
GPU servers
, network equipment, and storage systems
Drive technical network delivery coordination, encompassing carrier circuits, internet and cross-border connectivity, switches, routers, firewalls, and high-performance network fabrics
Lead project kick-off sessions, progress reviews, and technical coordination meetings, ensuring all action items, owners, and deadlines are clearly documented and followed up
Identify and resolve project risks, delivery delays, technical dependencies, and resource constraints proactively; coordinate system testing, integrated commissioning, customer acceptance, and handover to operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in
data centre project delivery
, IT infrastructure, networking, or large-scale server deployments; prior exposure to GPU facilities, high-performance computing, or cloud infrastructure is preferred
Practical working knowledge of data centre facilities (power, UPS, cooling, cabling, fire suppression, access control) and IT infrastructure (servers, storage, switches, routers, firewalls, fibre connectivity)
Strong project coordination and risk management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors, workstreams, and stakeholders simultaneously across a regional environment
Proficiency in a Southeast Asian language such as Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, or Thai, to support effective coordination with local teams and vendors across the region

Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CDCP, CDCS, or CCNA

Candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other Southeast Asian markets as required by project demands.
