Job Summary
Support corporate sales and business development by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and tender submissions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and feedback via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
Promote the Company’s products and services to corporate customers to support business growth
Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, and customer requirements to ensure timely conversion and fulfilment
Prepare accurate corporate and export quotations and other sales-related documents to facilitate sales processes
Identify and monitor government and public-sector tender opportunities by reviewing requirements and submission deadlines
Prepare and coordinate government tender submissions, including quotations, product specifications, and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with tender requirements
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external parties to obtain necessary information, pricing, certifications, and documentation for tender submissions
Follow up on submitted tenders, clarify requirements, and coordinate with relevant parties on tender outcomes, contracts, purchase orders, and fulfilment
Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s products, services, pricing, promotions, and corporate sales policies to provide accurate information to customers
Assist with ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, wholesale sales, business development, sales coordination, or related fields
Experience in camera, photography, consumer electronics, IT, or related industries
Knowledge and interest in cameras, lenses, photography equipment, accessories, and related products
Experience managing corporate accounts, wholesale customers, institutional clients, or government agencies
Strong understanding of sales processes including preparing quotations, following up on enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Effective communication skills with customers, suppliers, government agencies, and internal departments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotations, tender submissions, pricing, and product information
Good organisational skills to manage multiple enquiries, quotations, orders, and tender deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
Proactive, responsible, results-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Existing network of corporate, institutional, education, media, government, or photography-related customers is advantageous
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers
Other Information
Working Days and Hours:
5 days a week, Monday to Friday
9:00am to 6:00pm (includes 1-hour lunch break)
