• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Recommend and promote products based on customers' needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is properly arranged.
• Operate the cashier and handle transactions accurately (where applicable).
• Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor and support daily store operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
