Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and e-payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain proper payment records.
• Ensure all payments tally with billing statements.
• Balance daily cash collection and prepare reports for submission.
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with general administrative or billing tasks when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in cashiering / customer service / billing.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, POS system, or billing software).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Responsible, accurate with numbers, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
