Job Summary
Join our Food & Beverage team as a full-time Service Crew member, serving as both barista and counter crew. You will create a welcoming experience for our diverse customers, preparing quality beverages and providing friendly, efficient service. Job Description
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to the company's quality and presentation standards, operating espresso machines and related equipment.
Greet customers at the counter, take orders accurately, process payments and handle cash and cashless transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment and dining area in line with Singapore food safety regulations.
Replenish stock, support daily opening and closing procedures, and work with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
Job Requirements
Previous barista or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends and public holidays, as the role requires.
Hold, or willing to obtain, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
