Job Responsibilities

• Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with Key Account customers and buyers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate trading terms with buyers to ensure all investments remain within budget while maximizing profit margins.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with buyers and internal departments to ensure promotions and marketing activities are executed flawlessly.
• Performance Tracking: Ensure the consistent delivery and tracking of sales volumes and core sales fundamentals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and survey the market regularly to track competitors' products, pricing, and activities.
• Data Analysis & Review: Review sales performance and promotional effectiveness (analysing both sell-in and sell-out data by category) on a weekly, monthly, and Year-To-Date (YTD) basis to identify growth opportunities.
• Target Monitoring: Track actual sales achievements against set targets using weekly, monthly, and YTD analysis.
• Financial Hygiene: Manage and monitor payment collection hygiene to minimize overdue accounts and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG (Modern Trade) will be preferable.
• Capable of generating reports and presentations using MS Office.
• Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly disciplined, self-oriented and proactive behaviour that can work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple inquiries.
• Remuneration Package: Basic + Commission + Petrol Card
• Office location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. This position requires occasional travel for client visits.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
