Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and expand the after-sales business through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, spare parts, refurbishment, retrofit, and upgrade projects.
2. Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts to increase recurring service revenue.
3. Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and recommend suitable service solutions.
4. Prepare service proposals, maintenance contracts, quotations, and technical documentation.
5. Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to identify maintenance requirements.
6. Recommend appropriate service solutions based on equipment condition and operational requirements.
7. Review customer specifications and provide technical clarifications.
8. Coordinate with Engineering and Service teams to develop practical maintenance solutions.
9. Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
10. Support emergency breakdown response and customer escalation when required.
11. Ensure proper documentation of service reports, inspection findings, and customer recommendations.
12. Promote genuine spare parts, replacement components, and lifecycle management solutions.
13. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding maintenance schedules and service recommendations.
14. Support marketing initiatives, customer seminars, and technical presentations.

Competencies Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
2. Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply.
3. Familiarity with mission-critical facilities and 24/7 service operations is an advantage.
4. Good understanding of generator enclosure systems, diesel generator support systems, mechanical and electrical equipment, HVAC and ventilation systems, acoustic enclosures, fuel systems, and preventive & corrective maintenance.
5. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
6. Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and business partners.
7. Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
