•  Lead the kitchen team, oversee all BOH operations

•  Maintain recipes, portioning, consistency and plating standards

•  Manage daily prep, production schedules, and kitchen workflow

•  Order ingredients, check deliveries, maintain inventory

•  Train and guide cooks, commis, and kitchen hand

•  Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety

•  Lead service pass, call tickets, and maintain calm during peak hours

•  Plan and maintain daily and weekly cleaning schedules
