Job Responsibilities

• To prepare and serve drinks to all staff (local and expatriate) and for meetings/functions, as requested.

• To report any defect of equipment, furniture or fitting in the pantries or other office area to Immediate Supervisor.

• To ensure tidiness and cleanliness of meeting rooms, pantries and pantry appliances at all times.

• To ensure beverage items stored in containers are stored hygienically and that containers are refilled as necessary.

• To ensure collection of dirty glassware and utensil from workstations for washing at least twice a day, morning and afternoon.

• To keep track of pantry items and pantry utensils; and update record accordingly.
