We’re looking for a creative and passionate Content Specialist to join KITSUI’s growing Marketing Team.

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and growing KITSUI’s online presence across the beauty, wellness, and health industry.

• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging TikToks, Reels, and social media visuals.
• Social Media Management: Manage KITSUI’s TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Lemon8 accounts.
• Creative Ideas: Develop fresh content ideas, captions, and monthly content calendars.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on viral trends, sounds, formats, and social media developments.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build our online community.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance and recommend ways to improve reach and engagement.
• KOL & Campaign Support: Assist with KOL collaborations, product campaigns, photoshoots, and marketing activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to strengthen KITSUI’s brand presence.

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Beauty, Wellness, Health, FMCG, or E-commerce experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, or similar content creation tools.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging content ideas.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or participating in content shoots when required.
• Portfolio of previous content/social media work is an added advantage.
