Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B / restaurant / café operations.

Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-service oriented with a positive working attitude.

Able to handle staff scheduling, daily operations and customer complaints.

Basic knowledge of stock control, cashier operations and food safety/hygiene practices.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays according to roster.

Must be willing to work shifts based on outlet operating hours.

Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties.

Lead, guide and monitor Service Crew, Kitchen Crew, Cashier and other outlet staff.

Prepare staff duty rosters and arrange manpower according to operational needs.

Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and work performance meet company standards.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control and service standards.

Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ensure staff comply with company SOPs and food handling requirements.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock ordering, receiving and inventory control.

Minimise food wastage and control operational costs.

Monitor cashier operations, daily sales and cash handling procedures.

Conduct daily briefings and provide on-the-job training to team members.

Identify operational or staff issues and report them promptly to management.

Assist in training new employees and monitoring their performance.

Support promotional activities and ensure promotional materials are properly displayed.

Handle any other duties assigned by management.
