Job Description

Requirements

  • 精通英语、马来西亚语和普通话者优先考虑。

  • 候选人至少拥有SPM或以上学历。

  • 熟练使用Microsoft Outlook、Excel、PowerPoint和Word。

Responsibilities

  • 按照分配，处理所有呼入电话并进行呼出电话。
  • 确保对所有客户的咨询、调查和反馈进行完整的跟进。
  • 参与客户满意度提升和通话质量改进活动。
  • 根据分配，协助客户服务团队主管/高级主管处理呼叫中心行政任务。
  • 通过积极提出业务改进建议来支持呼叫中心。
  • 参加部门和公司组织的培训、会议和活动（如果需要）。
