Period: 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)

Location: Boon Lay

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (7:30am-5:15pm)

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Descriptions: 

Extract and verify maintenance job data from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Load, validate, and reconcile datasets within Business Intelligence (BI) platforms
Verify KPI computations based on established workflows and calculation methodologies
Prepare and present KPI reports to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain proper documentation and archive KPI outputs to support audit and traceability requirements
Contribute to initiatives that enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process improvements

Job Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field)
Relevant experience in data processing, reporting, or administrative operations is an advantage
Candidates without experience may apply as training will be provided
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and BI tools is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
