Multiple roles available,
Logistics Admin, 5 days, up to $2500, at West
Accounts Admin, 5 days, up to $3000 @ East
Industry: Manufacturing / 3PL/ Logistics/ Engineering
Job Scopes:
Handle daily office maintenance, manage supplies, and oversee equipment repairs.
Manage phone calls, email correspondence, and visitor reception duties.
Perform data entry and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and travel arrangements.
Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense claims, and document filing.
Job Requirements:
• Prior Admin/ Sales Admin/ Warehouse Admin/ Accounts Admin experience will be advantageous
