Diploma or Advanced Diploma (Preferred).

Experience in Traditional Medicine (TCM) therapy or professional beauty/body treatments.

Proficient in English and Mandarin (Preferred).

Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and other beauty services.

Conduct skin analysis and assess clients’ needs to recommend suitable treatments and products.

Ensure treatments are performed safely, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.

Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and repeat visits.

Promote and upsell products and services where appropriate.
