GENERAL ADMIN

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Touch ‘n Go card records, transactions and related documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile Touch ‘n Go transactions, balances and usage records.
• Prepare monthly reports and summaries related to Touch ‘n Go expenses and transactions.
• Verify transaction records and identify any discrepancies for further action.
• Assist in monitoring Touch ‘n Go card usage and transaction history.
• Check and verify top-up records, receipts and supporting documents.
• Monitor card balances and maintain records of top-up activities.
• Assist in preparing payment summaries, expense reports and reconciliation records.
• Maintain an updated database of Touch ‘n Go cards assigned to company vehicles or employees.
• Monitor card assignments, returns, replacements and changes in card status.
• Perform data entry and ensure all information is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies and report any irregularities to Management.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Honest, trustworthy and responsible in handling company records and transactions.
• Willing to ask questions and seek clarification when in doubt.
• Eager to learn, accept guidance and improve work performance.
• Detail-oriented, careful and accurate in handling data and figures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Disciplined, proactive and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of company information.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary - RM 1700 - RM2000++

Salary will be offered based on qualifications and relevant working experience.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per day
