• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Student Accommodation, Co-Living, Hospitality, or Residential Property Management (Direct experience in student housing is highly preferred.)
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage (to communicate with international and non-local students)
• Strong interpersonal, crisis handling, and conflict-management skills
• Warm, energetic, highly organized, and adaptable to dynamic student environment
