Senior EB Broker

Manage corporate benefits portfolios including Group Medical, Life, Disability, and Wellness programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Originate and convert EB opportunities (SME to multinational)
• Conduct benefits benchmarking and renewal strategy
• Structure market tenders and negotiate with insurers
• Present benefit solutions to HR and C-suite stakeholders
• Maintain insurer relationships across regional markets
• Support multinational pooling and captive arrangements
• Lead junior consultants where applicable
• Contribute to vertical revenue targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• EB brokerage or insurer side experience
• Proven producing capability preferred
• Strong knowledge of: Regional pooling, Multinational medical programs, Captive structures, Wellness-driven cost management
• Strong client presentation capability

Pay: $5,600.00 - $8,500.00 per month
