Responsibilities:

• Act as a specialized advisor and nurture important accounts, client stakeholders and executive-level sponsors.
• Drive new account sales by demonstrating the benefits of the company’s products and services.
• Introduce new client business to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
• Analyze client behavior to identify opportunities to increase engagement, deposits, and transaction volume.
• Keep clients informed about promotions, campaigns, and market updates.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders on retention strategies.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Experience in financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Analytical, results-oriented, and sales-driven mindset.
• Driven and self-motivated with a track record of excelling in revenue generation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
