Job Summary
You will manage accounts receivable and payable, record and reconcile expenses, assist in cash flow planning, support monthly ledger and closing activities, and ensure timely billing and payments to maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate financial tracking
Record and reconcile expenses, including employee reimbursements, to maintain precise financial records
Assist in cash flow planning by updating financial records and performing reconciliations for accurate forecasting
Ensure timely and accurate billing and follow up with customers and vendors to secure prompt payments
Support monthly general ledger journal entries, schedules, and closing activities to facilitate accurate financial reporting
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to support finance operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Other Information
5 days work week with flexible working hours
No overtime required
Semi-casual work attire
