Project Coordination

• Maintain the project master list and deployment schedule.
• Plan and coordinate project activities with the project manager and stakeholders.
• Coordinate site surveys with schools, cable vendors and network engineering vendor team leads.
• Confirm school deployment schedules and site readiness.
• Coordinate network equipment deliveries with the store, vendors and schools.
• Track equipment availability and delivery against the deployment schedule.
• Coordinate technology refresh, cabling, access point deployment and wireless testing.
• Coordinate vendor team activities, schedules and site requirements.
• Manage schedule changes, delays and deployment extensions.
• Coordinate additional deployment days and recovery plans for delayed schools.

Tracking and Reporting

• Track facility table submissions and approvals.
• Maintain the project action tracker and follow up on outstanding items.
• Monitor progress against project milestones and timelines.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and delays to the project manager.
• Update the master list daily with completed and outstanding activities by 6:00 PM.
• Consolidate daily updates from the project manager, store, vendors and team leads.
• Prepare weekly and ad hoc project status reports.

Communications and Administration

• Send project communications to schools, MOE, vendors and partners.
• Follow up regularly with schools on readiness, access and outstanding requirements.
• Coordinate and attend project meetings and calls as required.
• Track meeting actions, decisions and follow-up items.
• Maintain project records, schedules and correspondence.
• Support project completion, handover and close-out activities.
