Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Assistant to assist and coordinate daily shipping, receiving and warehousing activities. This role coordinates activities of the employees engaged in shipping and receiving of products and materials and in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. The overall goal is to ensure that the shipping and warehousing processes are running smoothly and effectively to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities -

Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse

Is a motivated, hard worker

Is not afraid of heavy lifting

Is always treating our customers the way they deserve to be treated

Believes in working together as a team and doing what needs to be done

Communicate with the Production and Customer Service teams to achieve Customer delivery dates

Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinate inventory transfers with related departments

Maintain warehouse, consignment inventory, inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and securing the warehouse

Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience

Proven experience as Shipping or Logistic

Required to lead effectively with a sense of urgency and an emphasis on great customer service

Interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)

Detail oriented, multi-tasked and a team player

Not Afraid of Heights

Working Hours:
8.30am - 5.30pm
