We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive in Talent Acquisition track.  The incumbent needs to have dynamic organizational skills, and effective communication to enable him/her to play a key role in ensuring Talent Acquisition process are managed professionally and efficiently. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from HR, Talent acquisition, IT delivery teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
• Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking across all platforms
• Filtering candidates for the assigned roles with TA SPOC
• Stakeholder management of client stakeholders, predominantly Internal Talent Acquisition, HR and hiring managers.
• Preparing and scheduling candidates and business & clients for interview.
• Supporting TA in offer process on system input – SuccessFactors and Offer Letter from central team

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years in IT Outsourcing Services industry in Singapore
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• A proven track record as a talent sourcing on tech roles.
• 3-5 years on sourcing for multiple IT roles in Applications and Infrastructure
• Manage Talent Acquisition coordination process with multiple stakeholders
• Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills.
• A professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
