Professional Services Engineer – Cloud & Network Security

Malaysia (Hybrid)

Local Malaysian Candidates Only (No Visa Sponsorship)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure Netskope and/or Zscaler security solutions for enterprise customers
• Deliver projects involving SSE, SASE, Zero Trust, Secure Web Gateway, and Private Application Access
• Support migrations from traditional proxy, VPN, or firewall environments to modern cloud security platforms
• Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions
• Configure authentication, security policies, traffic steering, and access controls
• Integrate solutions with enterprise technologies such as:
• - SSO
• - Identity Providers (IdP)
• - SIEM
• - MDM
• - Firewalls
• Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues involving DNS, SSL/TLS, VPNs, routing, and application connectivity
• Create implementation documents, low-level designs, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials
• Provide post-deployment optimization and technical advisory services

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Network Security, Cloud Security, or Security Consulting
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
• Netskope
• Zscaler ZIA / ZPA
• Strong understanding of:
• SSE/SASE Architecture
• Zero Trust Security
• Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
• Network Security Architecture
• Strong networking fundamentals:
• TCP/IP
• DNS
• HTTP/HTTPS
• Routing
• Enterprise Network Design
• Experience with:
• Next-Generation Firewalls
• VPN Technologies
• SSL/IPSec
• Proxies
• SSO & Identity Integration
• DLP
• SIEM Platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with both Netskope and Zscaler
• Experience migrating enterprises to cloud-based SSE/SASE platforms
• Knowledge of Cloud APIs and MDM solutions
• Basic Python or scripting knowledge
• Exposure to PCI, PII, SOX, or other security compliance frameworks
• Netskope or Zscaler certifications
