Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day on-site construction progress, ensuring all works comply with contract requirements
• Prepare, review, and supervise all required project documentation throughout the project duration
• Enforce site safety protocols and environmental regulations strictly, ensuring all precautionary measures are followed
• Supervise and manage subcontractors while coordinate closely with the Project Manager and Client to resolve site issues
• Attend all necessary meetings to report on site status and coordinate upcoming works

Job Requirements

• Corporate Member of the HKIE in the Civil Discipline, or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in civil engineering projects
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the administration and use of NEC ECC contracts
• Accredited NEC Project Manager qualification is preferable
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
