The HR Clerk will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Job Responsibilities:

· Able to handle full spectrum of HR

· Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department

· Conduct staff orientation and exit interview for new joiners / departing employees

· Understanding of MOM Policies.

· Communicate with agents on various issues of foreign employees

· Responsible for the upkeeping and maintenance of all workers personal records

· Administration of all work passes, and all documents required for each work site.

· Participate in the continuous improvement of the HR work processes, workflow, policies and procedures applicable to Singapore labor market

· Assist in general administrative duties where necessary

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement & Professional Skills:

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience

· Possess at least a Diploma or Degree

· Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills

· Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices

· Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.

· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
