Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Semiconductor Equipment Solutions
Position Title: Admin cum Purchasing Assistant
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming phone calls, faxes, and emails.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, goods receive notes, and related documentation accurately.
Coordinate local and overseas deliveries, track shipments and invoices, and follow up to ensure timely receipt according to customer and project requirements.
Maintain parts inventory to support production and project timelines.
Monitor purchase order status to confirm on-time delivery and supplier commitments.
Source and evaluate suppliers, maintain supplier price lists and payment records, verify invoices, and monitor supplier performance and product quality.
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Nitec or Diploma holder.
At least 1 years of related administrative or purchasing experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Experience in semiconductor parts purchasing is an added advantage.
