Key Purpose

Support the growth of Sysmex's Hematology, Hemostasis, and Systemization business by providing product application expertise, technical support, customer training, and troubleshooting assistance to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for Sysmex products.
• Conduct product, application, and end-user training for distributors and customers.
• Develop and maintain training materials to enhance product knowledge across the region.
• Support sales and marketing activities through product demonstrations and technical expertise.
• Manage product-related inquiries, complaints, and application issues.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare activity, trip, and technical reports, including recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Continuously update and strengthen product and clinical knowledge.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical laboratory or Medical Technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of Hematology, Hemostasis, and laboratory diagnostic workflows.
• Experience in product applications, customer training, or technical support within the IVD industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel regionally and support occasional after-office-hours activities.
