Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Cook or similar position.
Experience in food preparation, grilling or local cuisine is preferred.
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
No specific education qualification required.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues in a restaurant environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
岗位职责
Prepare ingredients for daily kitchen operations.
Marinate and prepare chicken, beef and lamb satay.
Grill satay according to restaurant standards.
Prepare sauces and complete skewers for service.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Check and monitor kitchen stock.
Ensure ingredients are properly stored and handled.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
