About Manus AI
Monica is an all-in-one AI assistant product under Manus, helping users with a wide range of everyday tasks — from searching and reading to writing, translating, and creating. Built to be practical and reliable, Monica is designed to seamlessly fit into how people work and live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, categorize and process daily user emails and direct messages, respond promptly and record processing results;
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant teams, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution;
• Organize customer feedback and assist in optimizing service processes;
• Track user-reported bugs, promote product iterations, maintain risk control records, regularly organize and summarize common issues, generate reports to support decision optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Poly diploma and equivalent education or above(fresh graduates are welcomed to apply);
• Familiar with email processing procedures, with good written communication skills;
• Good communication skills and service awareness;
• Proactive with strong learning ability;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or user operations;
• Familiarity with AI or SaaS products;
• Experience with customer support or ticketing systems;
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
