Job Title: Native English Teacher (Saturday Part-Time with pathway to Full-Time)

Centre: Babington Education Centre (Tai Po)

Location: Shop A3, 2/F, Tai Po Plaza, 1 On Tai Road, Tai Po

Pay Rate: HK$ 200 – $250 / hour (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Schedule: Every Saturday, 09:30 – 12:30

​Role Overview & Full-Time Progression

We are seeking an enthusiastic Native English Teacher to lead our growing Saturday morning classes. This position offers a direct, fast-track pathway to a Full-Time Salaried Teaching Role (including competitive benefits and visa sponsorship options) as our weekday student enrollment expands.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Deliver high-energy, immersive small-group English classes (Phonics, Cambridge Preparation, Reading, and Writing).
• ​Create a dynamic, interactive, and encouraging environment for young children.
• ​Implement Babington’s established curriculum while tailoring delivery to meet individual learning paces.
• ​Maintain accurate student progress records and provide brief performance feedback to parents and management.
• ​Ensure prompt attendance, structured lesson preparation, and strong classroom management.

​Candidate Requirements

• ​Native English Speaker with clear pronunciation and natural delivery.
• ​Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and/or recognized TEFL / TESOL / CELTA qualification.
• ​Prior experience teaching young learners (preferred).
• ​High level of responsibility, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills.
• ​Valid HKID, Dependent Visa, or Working Visa (sponsorship available for future full-time contract).
