What You’ll Do:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for international connectivity services.
• Identify opportunities for new products, network expansion, capacity and technology based on customer and market demand.
• Drive product performance across revenue, profitability, pricing and investment.
• Lead product development from business case and requirements through to launch.
• Shape pricing and commercial models while ensuring product profitability.
• Lead product lifecycle decisions, including product enhancements, optimisation and retirement.
• Provide leadership and direction to the wider product team.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 8 years of Telecom Product Management experience
• Experience managing connectivity products.
• Experience with product P&L, revenue, pricing and profitability.
• Exposure to subsea cable systems and international network infrastructure.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, business cases and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work across technical, commercial and senior stakeholder groups.
