Job Description

• Develop strong recruitment coordination skills by supporting end-to-end hiring from job posting and sourcing through to offer administration
• Build your HR operations expertise by maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, databases, and documentation at all times
• Gain hands-on experience coordinating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes that make every employee feel genuinely welcomed
• Develop your people skills by handling day-to-day HR enquiries from staff with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help
• Build your compliance knowledge by supporting payroll processing, leave administration, and MOM regulatory requirements across the organisation
• Develop your event coordination skills by helping organise employee engagement activities and internal events that strengthen workplace culture

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or related field and above
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
