About the job

Your role involves:

• Define, evolve, and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and governance framework across legacy and modern platforms.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise platform strategies spanning CRM, E-commerce and Omnichannel
• Chair architectural governance boards to maintain high standards across compliance, risk mitigation, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Lead technical architecture governance boards, balancing rapid innovation with risk, compliance, cost, and security.
• Evaluate and select emerging technologies to guarantee smooth, secure integration across existing and legacy IT environments.
• Partner closely with cross-functional executive leaders to align technical roadmaps with business vision.
• Mentor and grow high performing solution architecture teams while guiding both internal and vendor delivery teams.
• Drive business process enhancements and system stability across SAP CRM, ecommerce platforms, customer loyalty programs, and reporting suites

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have:

• At least 3 years of direct team management experience
• Strategic Enterprise Architect background with proven experience transforming complex, multi-national organizations.
• Track record of architecting and governing enterprise-grade systems across CRM and E-Commerce, Data, and Integration layers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
