1) Leading multiple outlet in Seremban and Johor Bahru (6 outlet)

2)Leading region performance sales and KPI setting by company

3) Giving each customer an amazing experience customer service

4) Ensure store operation opening and closing follow SOP and business hours .

5) Supervise and support store manager in day to day operation to ensure compliance with company policies and standards .

6) Evaluate results of customer feedback system and provide guidelines for improvement .

7) Provide input to outlet's development for potential area ,store layouts and customer flow .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
