Our client (large banking group) is looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Officer to support hiring across our Technology and Operations teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are excellent communicators and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and Operations roles

• Coordinate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

• Engage candidates professionally and represent the bank’s employer brand.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure smooth hiring processes.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience (HR, TA, or customer‑facing roles preferred).

• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage candidates and stakeholders.

• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn recruitment processes.

• Interest in building a long‑term career in Talent Acquisition.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
