Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of projects for complete assembled products, including timeline tracking, resource coordination, and production readiness activities
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, assisting with the transition of products from development to mass production
Assist with product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and production issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and timely resolution of engineering and production issues
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining product documentation, including First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans, and manufacturing records
Requirements:
Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or industrial attachment experience will be an advantage
Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, product engineering, NPI, and manufacturing processes
Enjoys hands-on technical work and is willing to learn
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements is an advantage
