Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Responsible, organized and attentive to detail.

Willing to learn and able to work independently.

Prepare and process billing / invoices / related documentation and internal billing / intercompany transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Coordinate and arrange product deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and proper documentation.

Monitor inventory levels and perform timely stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability.

Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory records are accurate.

Maintain proper storage, organization, and housekeeping of the warehouse/store.

Supervise store personnel and ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently.

Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth operational processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
