Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, partnering with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, and promoting the employer brand across various channels. The Recruitment Specialist will also assist in onboarding and training coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new team members and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Collaboration with HR colleagues on continuous improvement of recruitment processes and adherence to company policies and relevant employment regulations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Interviewing, including structured and competency-based techniques.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience in Training and onboarding activities, supporting new hires’ integration into the organization.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment-related digital tools.
• Knowledge of local employment practices and basic labor regulations in Malaysia.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
