Job Summary

Support operations by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and preparing reports to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Teams to provide timely administrative support that ensures efficient workflow
• Communicate with customers to arrange and confirm work schedules, enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare and submit detailed work schedules and operations reports to customers for transparency and tracking
• Organize and maintain the Project Division filing system to ensure easy retrieval and accurate record-keeping
• Manage incoming calls by answering or redirecting them promptly to support operational communication
• Issue purchase orders and handle procurement-related tasks to facilitate smooth project operations
• Respond to enquiries professionally and courteously to maintain positive customer relations
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall team effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, with or without working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to produce reports and manage communications effectively
• Strong communication skills demonstrated through independent work and initiative-taking
