Our client is an established building and construction contractor in Singapore, undertaking industrial building projects.Due to project requirements, they are looking for Site Engineers to support site execution, coordinate with project stakeholders and ensure construction works meet the required quality, safety and project standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret construction drawings and specifications, provide technical support and resolve site-related issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth site execution.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure works comply with approved drawings, project specifications and safety requirements.
• Work with the QA/QC team to arrange inspections, maintain quality records and ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards.
• Track project variations, claims and cost implications, and support cost control measures.
• Prepare site progress reports and maintain project documentation in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.
• Document project issues and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications where accepted by the client.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in building and construction projects.
• Experience in site coordination, construction execution and working with subcontractors.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Location: West
• Working hours: 5.5 Days
• Salary: up to S$5,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
