W Hong Kong is hiring a Welcome Desk Agent (Front Desk Agent).
Job Descriptions
Responsible for providing a warm, welcoming and witty experience to all guests who stay at W Hong Kong. Create a WOW experience for guests by attending to their needs and provide efficient check-in and fond farewell, seize every opportunity to provide our Whatever/Whenever service commitment. Resolve guests’ complaints and introduce Marriott Bonvoy program.
Job Requirements
Experience - 1 year of work experience in related positions
Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (Japanese speaker would be an advantage)
Technical/ functional competencies - Proficiency in Opera & POS system is a plus
W Personality - Passionate, Playful, Audacious and Polished
W Look - Appear confident and well-groomed
You + You = W - Collaborate, embrace differences
Whatever/Whenever - Create the WOW experience as long as it's legal and moral
