Good physical condition to handle long hours of operation. •

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the operations team.

Carry out container loading and unloading operations based on the Bay Plan and Sequence, ensuring containers are placed or retrieved accurately at the designated Bay/Row/Tier positions without failure. •

Ensure all loaded and discharged containers are properly verified in the system and recorded in the Vessel Container Movement Report (LGKK). •

Record any operational delays that disrupt activities in the LGKK and system, ensuring the correct delay codes are used at all times. •

Accurately record the actual date and time of each container movement in the Bay Plan. •

Provide clear guidance and instructions to crane operators via walkie-talkie or hand signals to ensure safe loading and unloading operations and to prevent accidents or damage. •

Ensure correct container numbers and equipment identification are accurately recorded in the system. •

Report any accidents, damages, unsafe conditions, or unsafe acts involving equipment, containers, work areas, contractors, or colleagues immediately to the on-duty supervisor (POK)
