Our client is looking for a Research & Development Executive (Mandarin Speaking) to support product development, material testing, process improvement, and technical coordination. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in R&D, Technical, or Quality functions within a manufacturing environment.

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500 per month (Negotiable)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Polymer / Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in R&D, Technical, or Quality functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of PPAP or QMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to facilitate coordination with internal and external clients.
• Required languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interest in product development and continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Product Development

• Conduct feasibility studies for new designs, materials, and processes.
• Develop and improve products through material testing and validation.
• Support product development activities from testing through validation.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including PPAP, work instructions, and engineering reports.
• Analyse testing and development data using Microsoft Excel.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate sample development with Production, Quality Control, and Sales teams.
• Communicate with internal and external clients regarding technical and product development matters.
• Support coordination between R&D and other departments to ensure smooth product development.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
