• Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor construction activities to ensure timely project completion.

• Supervise site workers, subcontractors and project teams.

• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment and site productivity.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety briefings.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.

• Prepare daily site progress reports and update project management.

• Monitor construction materials, equipment and resources.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• Relevant experience in construction site supervision or project management.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, site operations and safety regulations.

• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities.

• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
