Job Summary:

The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-dayadministrative functions, ensuring smooth production operations, and supportingmanagement in optimizing organizational efficiency. This role requiresexcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to managemultiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production supervisors, operators, and production staffto ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company procedures, workinstructions, and quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement correctiveand preventive actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials tooptimize production output.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper use of equipmentwithin the production area.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, andWarehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
• Coordinate/Work with Customer Service Team to ensure all Sales Orders areprocessed and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with Production Team to ensure in-house production orders/jobsare produced & delivered on time in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with oversea counterpart to ensure essentialproduction support is promptly to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor daily operations and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, andregulatory standards.
• Coordinate closely with oversea counterpart to ensure essentialproduction support is promptly to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues and bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, andregulatory standards

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of production processes and machinery
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
