Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for CMP polishing solutions.
• Engage customers to understand their technical needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals and deliver presentations.
• Support onsite product evaluations and qualifications.
• Work with R&D and business teams on product improvements.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Hands-on experience operating CMP tools for process development is essential.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer engagement skills.
• Customer-facing experience and Southeast Asia semiconductor exposure are preferred.
