Monthly account closing, cash flows, management reporting
Verifying payment voucher, submission of giro payment
Monthly payroll preparation, CPF submission, IR8A submission, application employment pass, letter of consent of dependant pass, tax clearance for employee, memo HR
Quarterly GST submission, annual management report submission to corporate secretary.
Review GP margin and sales performance
Administration work overview overall retail staff performance, stock count, recruitment
